INFORMATION COLLECTION will not collect any personal information about you except when specifically and knowingly provided by you.  Examples of such information are name, delivery and billing addresses, phone number, email address, and customer preferences data. Examples of ways in which we may collect such information from you include the following:
A.     Requesting a Quote for Services or Scheduling a Service. When requesting a quote or when scheduling a service on this Site, you must complete a contact information form. When completing the contact information form, you will be prompted to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, address where services will be performed, phone number, and email address. NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, BIRTH DATES, OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ARE EVER REQUESTED.  ALL FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ARE COMPLETED OUTSIDE THE WEBSITE AND ARE NEVER STORED ONLINE ON A NETWORK SERVER OR CLOUD.  In addition, you may also be asked to provide your country of residence and/or your organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender.  These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your purchase/service request, to communicate with you about your inquiry, quote, or scheduling of services, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing a purchase offline, or responding to your request or inquiry, we will use the personal information to contact you.  EXAMPLE:  If we are unable to contact you by email because of an error, then contacting you by phone or mail would be a secondary option.
B.     Email Addresses.  Some areas of the Site allow you to enter your email address for purposes including, but not limited to: Subscribing to a Number Drummer updates/newsletters, requesting a sales quote for services, commenting, making an inquiry, or for entering a contest.
C.      IP Addresses and Cookies.  Like most other websites, uses cookie technology throughout this Site.  As is the case with many sites, the Site logs your IP address and uses standard technology called "cookies," which are small data files that are downloaded onto your computer when you visit the Site.  Cookies automatically identify your browser to whenever you interact with the Site.  We use cookies and the information they provide to improve our services and the quality of your experience with the Site.  If you prefer not to allow us to collect "cookie" information, you can disable the cookies by turning them off in your browser, although some areas of the Site may not function properly if you do.  We do not link IP addresses to your name, email address or other Personal Information. This means that your session will be tracked, but you will not be personally identified. 


We do not sell or rent information about our customers and all information provided to remains absolutely confidential, except that:
A.     We may share aggregate or summary information regarding our customers with partners, advertisers or other third parties. This data will never identify you personally.
B.     We may share information with companies that provide support services to us (such as a printer, mailing house, fulfillment company or web host) or that help us market our products and services.
C.     We will use your personal information to communicate with you about your purchase of services and deliveries, and we may send you a confirmation email when you schedule a service with us. Also, if you submit your email address to ask a question, request a quote, or make an inquiry, we use it to deliver the information to you.
D.     We may be required to disclose such information in response to subpoenas, court orders, requests from law-enforcement officials, or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law.
E.     We may publicly disclose the name, city, and state of the winner of any online contest either through the Number Drummer website ( or via social media.  In contests where nominations are made, the name, email address, and phone number of the nominator may be shared with the nominated party, such as a school or other organization.


We do not use SSL security at this time.  We do not request any vulnerable information such as credit card numbers, birth dates, social security numbers, or bank account information.  For the most part, name and email address is the only information regularly collected and stored.  Phone numbers are also an option, and only used as for secondary contact or unless at the request of the customer.  Addresses are also sometimes requested, but only the address where services will be delivered or performed.  EXAMPLE:  If a school teacher requested information on a Number Drummer session and decided to schedule a session, only the address of the school would be required and any other contact information in order to process and deliver the service.  Please remember that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, any information you transmit to us is sent at your own risk.


Though the services we provide are designed for children, we do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have collected personally identifiable information from a user of the Site who is under the age of thirteen, we will remove that child’s personal information from our files.


Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your personal information; (b) and/or stop sending emails to your email address. You can make these requests by emailing your request to Please clearly label the subject line “Opt Out / Corrections,” and do not email any sensitive information.


The majority of information that we collect is obtained through our Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of personal information. We also collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy of your personal information. One example involves someone calling us to inquire or to ask a question. When someone calls, we will ask only for the personal information we need in order to respond to the inquiry or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as purchase, billing, scheduling, service quote, or delivery information), we will enter it into our computer database which is protected by a user login/password and backed-up to a cloud storage that is protected through encryption.  


We may change our Privacy Policy from time-to-time. We encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current Privacy Policy.
